How to Care for the Things We love most

My family joined me at the North Dakota Association of Soil Conservation Districts Annual Meeting to share their thoughts on their favorite (and least favorite) parts of ranching the way we do. We discuss the importance of recognizing the importance of having differing specific on our team. We also discuss the importance of allowing our employees to rest and the lessons we can learn from "The Head of Ranch Security." This was such a special opportunity to have my whole family on stage with me.
